Sun Devils Softball Club
The Sun Devils Softball Club’s ultimate goal is to win a National Championship and we will strive to do so by creating a team with chemistry and talent that is willing to go out and play each and every game the way softball should be played.
Champions at St Paddy's Day Blast
It was a long promising trip to Las Vegas that quickly turned bleak when injuries and illness tried to take our team down. Our girls proved to be stronger and tougher than we could've imagined. After seeing how they came out to play Sunday morning we knew we were there for the whole day. It wasn't until after the sun went down and we completed our 6th game of the day that we came home with the Championship. But I know our coaches and parents have never been prouder.

2nd at 14u February Frost
With a couple tournament championships under our belt, it was time to challenge ourselves in 14u. We played a lot of close games which tested our desire to win. The girls proved once again to have the heart of a champion. After all the games were played we found ourselves coming up just short in the Championship Game. However it was another good Sunday for us as we proved we do have the will and passion for this game no matter who we go up against.

Champions at OC Coastal Classic
It's nice to look back at the hard work you put in and know that it's paying off. The work we put in leading up to last weekend wasn't easy but it paid us back with a tournament victory. We outscored our opponents 57-3, winning 8 straight games ending with a run rule in the Championship Game. Our course is set and our goals our clear. The only thing in our way is hard work.

Champions at AA Toys for Tot's
We'd like to thank the American Athletics for hosting a great tournament. Our Saturday pool play games challenged us and prepared us for a long but rewarding Sunday of elimination games including ITB with AA in the Championship. All the hard work we've been putting in this Fall has been evident in the way these girls handle adverse situations with confidence and accountability. A special thanks to Dave for showing us how to ride to Victory!

3rd at “Brenda Marsh Tournament”
This tournament had such a deep field that it had the feel of a State Championship. There were no easy games and the challenges kept us on our toes. It's still very early but we find ourselves headed in the right direction. We we're able to defeat some excellent pitching which shows our determination as well as the depth of this 12u field. Keep stacking these good days on top of each other and you'll find yourselves in a position to accomplish your goals.

3rd Place at “Monster Mash”
After a long off season we finally made our Fall debut with our '99 team. After going 5-0 and outscoring our opponents 46-8 we fell short in the semi-finals with the American Athletics. We may not be sure what this season has in store for us but what we do know is that we're very happy with our new additions and as the season moves on this team is going to be a lot better than we are right now. Remember, our season will be written on where we go from here!

ASA Nationals in Alabama
The Sun Devils returned from Alabama after finishing tied for 33rd and the 2nd best finish for a majority '99 team. The experience was invaluable, and the competition was intense. After playing a tournament like this it makes you hungry for next year. The bar has been set and our sights are set high for next year.

2nd Place at the Stars and Stripes Tournament
In our last tournament to prepare for Alabama the girls showed that they are ready to step up their game. Our goal was to play as many games as we could in the 100+ degree heat and we did just that, playing 7 games over the course of 2 days. The highlight was a win over the Firecrackers in ITB in the Semi's. What better way to head to Alabama. We did lose Ry to a season ending injury in the process. We will feel her loss but the girls are focused, ready and willing to pick up the slack.
